All products sold through masimostork.com receive complimentary ground or expedited shipping. Overnight shipping is available at additional costs.

We cannot ship to addresses outside the US, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Please note the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has shipped.

Shipping Timeline

• Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

The above shipping timelines start once the order has shipped.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days and Sundays ship out within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 2pm ET ship out the next business day.

Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, and to most US addresses on Saturday and Sunday, excluding public holidays.

Pre-orders

We may from time to time offer products for pre-orders. In such case, we will not be able to ship to you within the shipping terms as set out above and will inform you of the expected shipping date.

Occasionally, we will be unable to fulfill the order by the earlier communicated ship and delivery dates. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times. If you object to the new shipping date, you have the possibility to cancel your order by emailing Customer Service.
